30/03/10: M&R Tax Advisers - Formation of Limited Company
We at M&R Tax Advisers are pleased to announce that we have now formed a limited company, M&R Tax Advisers Ltd., to replace our previous business partnership, M&R Tax Advisers, from 1st April 2010.
The chief personnel concerned in the limited company remain the same as for the partnership, being Malcolm McFarlin and Philip Rimmer as Company Directors.
